This depends on the job. We prefer that the client have the materials on hand but we understand that this is not always possible. We are happy to give a list of required items with the estimate and will provide pickup for a nominal fee.

Yes.

No. If the work is exterior, you do not need to be at home. If the work is for the interior of your home, you can give us access and we will take it from there. We will come in, do the work, clean up and leave your home looking as if we had never been there.

In most cases, yes. We leave room in our schedule for emergency calls such as frozen pipes, toilet/drain issues and other things that interfere with the basic use of the home. Please note: broken blinds do NOT constitute an emergency; an active water leak, does.

Our owner does the majority of the work himself, however, he does have a loving family who will pitch in on occasion when required. Every employee of Go2Guy will show ID at your request. We also use some select tradesmen to do work outside our expertise. All of this will be discussed during the estimate and before the work commences.
